With an elastic neckline and hem and a banded bubble hemline, it offers a comfortable pull-on closure that fits perfectly. Measuring 32 1/4" from shoulder to hem, this fully lined dress complements any beach day or evening outing, and is styled by a 5'8" model wearing a size small.
