Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Balkan Funnel Neck Sweater by Z Supply in beige offers a chic blend of comfort and style with its long sleeves and textured design. This lightweight, regular fit piece features a distinctive funnel neckline, adding visual interest while ensuring warmth. Crafted from a mohair herringbone blend of 37% Nylon, 35% Acrylic, 20% Polyester, 5% Wool, and 3% Spandex, with a heavy soft wash for a cozy texture. Length: 21 ¼" from shoulder. Closure: Pull on. Care: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, lay flat to dry.
