Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

You'll be wishing for rainy days with these stylish yet functional rainboots. Siri is a durable and waterproof boot made of 70% natural rubber with an elegant anti-slip design. In addition, the boot is crafted with 30% recycled rubber and has beautiful fish leather details on the heel. A distinctive track sole completes the boot for great comfort. Soft PU-foam is used for the insole of the boot, which is both lightweight and shock-absorbing. The breathability of the boot is ensured by the use of a WODEN airflow footbed and an outsole based on our Natural Soft technology. When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
