Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Details
The Walk Max is a women's athletic sneaker made with a mix of leather, suede, and mesh uppers, giving it a casual, everyday look. It has leather uppers on a block heel with a side zip closure, and a rubber outsole for traction. The shoe includes Vionic's VIO MOTION Technology footbed, which features contoured arch support, shock-absorbing cushioning, and a deep heel cup for stability and forefoot flexibility. The midsole is nitrogen-infused, described as Vionic's lightest yet, offering high rebound to support the walking motion. The upper is treated with a water-repellent coating, and the shoe has been tested by Heeluxe, an industry benchmark for evaluating comfort and performance under real-world wear conditions.
