Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Details
This is a low, flat heel shoe with a medium width, closed round toe, and slip-on fastening. It has a 17mm twinface sheepskin upper with a rear pull tab and overlock stitch detailing on the seams, a 17mm sheepskin lining, and a 17mm sheepskin insole. The outsole is either sugarcane EVA, made with sugarcane foam to reduce reliance on petroleum-based ethylene, or Treadlite by UGG EVA. The binding is recycled polyester, and the shaft height is 5 inches. It has a post-applied, topically applied water repellency treatment and an UGG logo embossed leather heel label. This product was made in a factory that supports women in the supply chain through the HERproject initiative.
