Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Get your daily steps in with these adorable sneakers. The Lowmel sneaker features a low profile with a genuine suede and recycled ballistic canvas mesh upper. It has a webbing heel strap, UGG® logo patch, oversized padded tongue, and a dual two-tone flat lace system. The lining is polyester mesh made from 55% coffee charcoal modified polyester and 45% regular polyester. The sockliner is textile with 45% recycled polyester and 55% polyester. The footbed is EVA, and the outsole is made of sugarcane EVA for lightweight comfort. This product was made in a factory supporting women through the RISE initiative. Item No. 1168890.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
