Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Goldenstar Crackle Clog features a crackle-textured leather upper that develops a distressed appearance with use, paired with a suede-wrapped sugarcane EVA midsole. It includes an adjustable webbing heel strap with a swivel design, a hook-and-loop closure, and a TPU strap end for two wearing options. The interior contains a 100% recycled polyester textile lining and sockliner treated with a peppermint-based anti-odor finish, supported by a contoured EVA footbed and a lightweight sugarcane EVA outsole. This product is manufactured in a RISE-certified factory and finished with recycled polyester binding and an embossed UGG® logo.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
