Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Discover the Spellbound Roma Pants by THE UPSIDE, a chic choice for holiday parties and fall festivities. These straight-leg, comfort-fit pants feature mid-rise elasticated waist for ease of wear and a pull-on closure. Composed of 94% Polyester and 6% Elastane, their navy velvet fabric is adorned with a raised metallic silver polka dot pattern, accentuated by contrast cream and navy tape at the sides. Designed with practicality in mind, they include side seam pockets and patch pockets at the back, highlighted with an arrow logo pip. For best care, hand wash and lay flat to dry.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
