Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Rylan Mid Length Anorak by THE UPSIDE, a stylish utility jacket perfect for travel. This women's jacket features long sleeves with elasticated cuffs and is crafted from water-resistant tan wrinkle-effect polyester. Designed with a relaxed fit, it includes a centre front zipper with navy zipper puller and snap closure, along with external patch pockets at the front hip with magnetic snap flap closures. The garment features a concealed drawcord at the waist for adjustable fit and is completed with an embroidered arrow logo in navy at the back. Length from high shoulder point to hem ranges from 79cm to 84cm, depending on size.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
