Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Men's Aconcagua 3 Vest by The North Face is a durable, sleeveless essential for cold-weather workouts. Made from 100% recycled polyester, the vest boasts a WINDWALL™ fabric with non-PFC DWR finish for wind and water resistance. Main body insulation features a 50/50 blend of 600 fill recycled waterfowl down and recycled polyester, with additional zoned 90% recycled polyester sheet insulation. Closure: Exposed center front zip with chin guard and internal draft flap; includes secure-zip handwarmer pockets. Dimensions: Center back length is 27.25". Color: TNF Black.
