Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This vintage-inspired trumpet wedding gown combines intricate lace and soft tulle over luxurious Imperial crepe for a figure-flattering silhouette. A V-neckline and delicate lace straps frame the bodice, while intricate latticework, re-embroidered lace, floral appliqués, and heavy beadwork create a striking blend of bold detail and romantic femininity. Sheer side cutouts and an illusion open back add a touch of allure, while the flowing tulle skirt finishes with a scalloped lace train. The gown is completed with a zipper closure concealed beneath elegant crystal buttons.
