If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This helmet features Zonal KOROYD® coverage for lightweight, energy-absorbing, and ventilated impact protection, alongside the Mips® Brain Protection System to reduce rotational forces from angled impacts. It meets U.S. CPSC Safety Standards for Bicycle Helmets for persons age 5 and older and CE EN 1078 standards. Designed for optimal integration with Smith performance eyewear and goggles, it includes the AirEvac ventilation system for fog-free lenses. The helmet has 15 fixed vents for consistent airflow, an optional fabric visor, and an Ionic+® antimicrobial lining for sweat-activated odor control. It is equipped with lightweight, low-bulk single-layer webbing and weighs 11 oz (300 g) in size M with Mips®.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
