If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Designed for spring and inspired by adult SPEEDROLL technology, these sneakers feature a lightweight mesh upper for breathability and a reinforced toe cap for added durability. The shoe offers incredible comfort with PWRRUN cushioning, a FORMFIT contoured footbed, and a non-marking full rubber outsole. With a traditional lace closure, recycled PET linings, and an anti-stink lining, they ensure a fresh and secure fit, perfect for active, athleisure occasions. When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
