If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This lightweight sweater features long sleeves, a ribbed mock neck, and ribbed cuffs, offering a relaxed fit for effortless comfort. Made from 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex, this graphic sweater combines a fuzzy fine gauge with vibrant black and mars red colors. The design is completed with a pull-on closure, and for care, simply machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Measurements include a front length of 24", a bust of 46", and a sleeve length of 30", with the model standing 5'9" and wearing a size S. Imported for quality and style.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
