Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges

Designed with a concealed zip closure at the center back and a fully lined interior, it offers a figure-hugging fit that drapes gracefully at a maxi length of 133 cm from the center back neckline for a UK size 8. Expertly crafted for summer evening events, the dress should be dry cleaned delicately, avoiding contact with suntan lotions and harsh chemicals. Model is 175 cm tall, wearing a UK size 8.
