If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Jacquard Mini Dress by ROTATE in a captivating dark blue, designed to make a statement at any cocktail party. This fitted mini dress showcases long sleeves with voluminous flared cuffs and a chic crewneck, accentuated by a keyhole cut-out at the back. The elegant jacquard floral pattern is crafted from 55% recycled polyester, 40% elastomultiester, and 5% polyester with a viscose-elastane lining, ensuring both style and comfort. Proudly made in China, it features a secure button closure. Model wears size 34 and stands 175 cm tall.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
