Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Crafted from 100% goat leather with 100% post-consumer recycled polyester insulation, this lightweight jacket boasts a warm stand collar with snap closure and premium double-YKK zip front for ultimate functionality. Two front pockets with durable pocket bags and adjustable snap cuffs lend a practical edge, while the Rodd & Gunn branded metal badge adds a touch of distinction. Made in Mauritius, it features a recycled polyester and viscose lining, and requires specialist leather dry cleaning. Model is wearing size ME (Chest 97cms/38", Height 185cms/6'1").

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
