Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Capistrano Denim Jacket by Rails, a refined take on a classic staple in luxurious chocolate-flocked denim. Designed for women, this jacket features long sleeves and a collar neckline with button closures, enhanced by functional buttoned chest pockets for that effortlessly sophisticated look. Crafted from 82% Cotton, 16% Recycled Cotton, and 2% Elastane, it offers a tailored silhouette with a front body length of 19 1/4", a chest measurement of 39 1/2", and a sleeve length of 32" (measured from size S). Imported and suitable for various occasions, it’s easy to care for with instructions: machine wash cold inside out with like colors, use non-chlorine bleach, tumble dry low, and warm iron but do not dry clean.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
