Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Crafted from 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton, this denim short boasts a rigid, non-stretch design that maintains its shape. The alluring Radiant Vintage wash, inspired by vintage color fading, features a subtle frayed hem and hints of distressing. The shorts offer an 11" rise, a 3 1/2" inseam, and a 24 1/2" leg opening, finished with a button closure. Care instructions include washing cold and tumble drying for easy upkeep. Model is 5’9” and wearing a size 26.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
