Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Featuring a mid-rise fit with a slight A-line silhouette, these shorts are crafted from 100% regenerative cotton twill, ensuring durability and comfort. Made in the USA, they incorporate thoughtful design elements like double belt loops, patch pockets, and a zipper fly closure. With a 12 3/4" rise and a 3" inseam, they provide a flattering fit, and the washed-out black offers a vintage 90s aesthetic. Care instructions: machine wash cold inside out with like colors, and tumble dry low. Model is 5'10" and wears a size 27.
