This dress is made from 100% brushed cotton in a red, green, gold, and navy tartan plaid pattern. It features three-quarter length puff sleeves, a full skirt, black velvet taping, and a navy glitter button back closure. Care instructions are to machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. It was made in China.
