Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Say hello to the perfect, most versatile boot. The ankle height makes this style easily transition from day to night. Wear them with your favorite skinny jeans and tee for a more laid back look, or pair them with your favorite mini dress and jacket for a night out on the town.
These ankle boots are from the Rotterdam line and feature a flexible, lightweight sole with a 5 cm (2") heel with leather detail. The upper is calfskin leather with good coverage and a padded insole. The sole is synthetic and non-slip. They have a metal zipper on the inside for easy on and off and a decorative buckle on the outside. The inner lining is 75% textile and 25% pig skin. The insole is cushioned. The plain vamp highlights the Pikolinos finishes.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
