Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This relaxed-fit hoodie is crafted from mid-weight 11.5 oz stretch fleece, offering comfort and warmth. The front showcases a screenprint 'Paper Plane' graphic, while the sleeve boasts a 3D molded plane. Additional details include a laser-cut tape plane icon on the back shoulder, a flag logo label on the kangaroo pocket, and inner neck taping that reads "Greatness Is A Process." Made of 95% cotton and 5% elastane, it is finished with a printed main label.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
