If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These boyfriend jeans offer a slightly slouchy high-rise and a relaxed straight fit that hits above the ankle. Crafted from super soft ecru denim with ripped knees, crossed belt loops in the back, mixed metal hardware, and a raw hem, they are made of 98% cotton and 2% elastane. The jeans have a rise of 11 5‚ÅÑ8 inches, an inseam of 28 inches, and a leg opening of 15 1‚ÅÑ4 inches. Machine wash cold. The model is 178 cm (5'10") and is wearing size 26.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
