Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Celeste is our signature take on the bucket bag, without the bottomless pit. She holds your 13" laptop, daily essentials, a small water bottle, and a scarf. Three hidden exterior pockets keep your phone, glasses, and quick-grab items within easy reach, and two interior pockets plus a detachable key fob keep everything else organized. This is what unconditional love feels like. Constructed of imported premium Italian nylon and Italian leather. Made in the USA. Dimensions: 12.5" H x 16" W x 7" D. Handle drop: 10". Spot clean only. We cannot be responsible for damages caused by using strong cleaning agents, dry cleaning, ironing or machine-washing bags. Do not place your bag in the washing machine, dryer, microwave or dishwasher. Excessive heat and chemicals other than soap and water used to clean your bag may cause damage or discoloration to the fabric.

Why this is final sale

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

Shipping

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.

Orders are packed in 3–5 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
