Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Computer-optimized midsole provides seamless weight transfer for a smooth ride. Swiss-engineered Helion™ superfoam promotes a higher energy return. Heel-to-Toe: 10mm. Soft collar and tongue with standard lacing. Cushioning: Plush. Helion and rubber insole and outsole. Imported. Please note that ONLY the Cloud 5 Terry, Cloud 5 and Cloud 5 Waterproof shoes feature an extra pair of conventional laces, along with the easy-entry speedlaces.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
