Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Made with 100% LWG Gold ISA LITE Nubuck leather and abrasion-resistant mesh, these shoes feature recycled elements, including a 100% recycled top mesh footbed, recycled laces and webbing, and a 30% Bio-based EVA midsole. Designed with a PFAS-Free DWR finish and B-DRY waterproof/breathable membrane, these trail shoes offer protection and comfort for every mile. The round toe shape and external molded rubber heel counter provide stability, ultimately making these Hazy Gray shoes perfect for winter hiking adventures.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
