If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These boots are crafted from LWG Gold Rated nubuck leather and feature a B-DRY waterproof/breathable membrane for reliable protection against the elements. Insulated with 200 grams of Freeze Guard and lined with 50% recycled polyester, these boots ensure warmth and comfort. Complete with a Vibram Arctic Grip sole, round toe design, and 100% recycled polyester webbing and laces, they are both functional and environmentally conscious.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
