Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Women's Snohomish Low Waterproof Hiking Shoe by Northside is crafted for adventurous journeys, featuring a suede and nylon upper that’s both waterproof and abrasion-resistant. Designed with a lace-up closure and a round toe with a guard, these shoes ensure comfort with a cushioned insole, padded tongue, and collar. The moisture-wicking lining and removable, washable insole enhance hygiene, while the TPR traction outsole provides durable shock absorption. Conveniently, the heel pull tab allows for easy on and off access.
