Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

These shoes feature soft leather and nubuck construction with charming floral-inspired cutouts, complemented by a round toe design. A hook and loop backstrap ensures a customized fit, while the lightweight 1" polyurethane sole offers slip resistance. Known for promoting good foot health, the shoes include a removable, anatomic cork and latex footbed that molds to your foot.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

Shipping

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
