If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This classic straight leg jean has a perfect fit and goes with just about everything.
Introducing the Carlstadt Straight-low Jean by Moussy, a relaxed-fit denim crafted for practical class in light blue. These low-rise, full-length jeans are constructed from 100% cotton and feature a solid, medium wash look with a non-stretch, heavy weight feel. Made in Japan, they include a classic button fly closure, combining functionality and style. Care: Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, do not bleach or tumble dry, use a hot iron with a press cloth, and avoid dry cleaning. Model is 175cm/5'9" and wears a size 25, offering a true-to-size fit.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
