If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Featuring long sleeves lined through the arms with sheer bell cuffs, this dress offers a high neckline and an elasticated waist with a fixed bow leading to a flowing, double-lined skirt. Made from 100% Poly Chiffon in the USA, it ensures elegance with a back button keyhole closure. Care for this exquisite piece by dry cleaning only. Model is 5'9" with measurements 30" bust, 23" waist, 34" hips, wearing size XS.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
