Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The Medway Top has a bow print and a scoop neckline, with long sleeves featuring thumbhole detail, ruching down the center front, princess seams, and a peplum ruffle hem. It has a zipper closure and a cropped, slim fit. Based on size S: length is 16.5 inches, bust width is 15.125 inches, sweep is 13.5 inches, and sleeve length is 27 inches. The model is 5'8.5" wearing size S. The fabric is 76% nylon and 24% spandex.
