If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

A maxi dress that is just as cute as it is comfortable.
Faux wrap body with ruffle details, sleeveless, fabric sash tie at waist, and hi-low midi skirt. Center back, invisible zipper closure. Fabric: 100% polyester. Model is 5'8.5" tall, with a 33" bust, 24" waist, and 35" hip measurement. Wearing a size 8 - dress length from center back neck to hem is 54". Recommended care: Machine wash cold do not bleach reshape, lay flat to dry do not iron may be dry cleaned.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
