Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This boot has a low-profile styling with notched sides. It is offered in soft hand-finished leather or distressed suede leather upper. It has a breathable lining made of soft fabric suede and fabric combination. The footbed is cushioned fabric-covered with extra foam. The outsole is high-traction, flexible, lightweight rubber with a leawood-wrapped heel. The heel height is 1 2/3 inches, the shaft height is 3 1/3 inches, and the shaft circumference is 8 2/3 inches.
