Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Constructed from waterproof nubuck leather, these lace-up boots are designed for durability and comfort with a KEEN.DRY waterproof breathable membrane. The boots feature a non-marking rubber outsole with aggressive 4mm lugs and a dual-density compression molded EVA midsole for excellent traction and support on wet terrains. With added support from the torsion stability ESS shank and S3 heel support, these boots are perfect for tackling tough hikes. Weight: 14.69 oz/417.20 g. Fit Tip: Runs about a 1/2 size small.
