If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

This summer-ready dress features cap sleeves and is composed of a luxurious silky knit blend of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, offering a soft and stretchy feel. Crafted in Canada, the sheath dress comes in a stylish black/multi floral pattern, featuring a flattering v-neckline and a chic faux wrap style with decorative waist ruching. It has a pull-on closure and should be hand washed in cold water with like colors, laying flat to dry in the shade, and turning inside out before washing, without ironing or dry cleaning.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
