Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

This unique jacket features long sleeves and is crafted from a mesh blend of 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex, showcasing an exclusive geometric print with satin soutache detailing. Designed with a crewneck and a fitted silhouette, the front zip closure is adorned with a signature JR puller. For care, hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry, and iron low on the reverse side if needed; professional dry clean recommended. Body length measures 24" from the high point of the shoulder.
