Damages & Wrong Items

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.
Details
These sweatpants feature a tapered-leg jogger silhouette with a clean, technical design. They come with a ribbed waistband and ankle hem, metal-tipped drawstrings, and a JC-branded zipper puller. The pants also include side pockets with dual zipper enclosures and a small tonal logo beneath the right pocket. Made from combed cotton low-shrinkage fleece, these sweatpants are composed of 60% cotton and 40% polyester.
Why this is final sale
When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
Shipping
$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
