If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Introducing the Beatrice Long Sleeve Gown by JONATHAN SIMKHAI, a stunning evening piece in radiant gold. This gown features long sleeves and a high mockneck, designed with a floor-skimming 62" A-line silhouette that beautifully catches the light with its textured, sequined fabric. Crafted from a shell of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, and lined with 100% polyester, it is imported and offers a luxurious fit with a back zip closure. Care instructions include dry clean only to maintain its exquisite finish. Model is 5'10" and wearing size 2.
