A timeless blouse that will never go out of style. This 26" length top is made of 100% polyester and features a mandarin ruffle slit neck and 3/4 sleeves with 3” bell ruffles. It includes 7" side slits and coordinating fabric on all ruffles and the inside back panel. The garment is machine washable in cold water, suitable for a cool tumble dry, or can be professionally dry cleaned.
