Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

The sneaker features a dove-gray suede star with screen printing in dove-gray and black, a dove-gray suede heel tab and tongue, all-over contrasting black lettering, and cream-colored laces. The heel height is 3.5 cm (1.37 inches). The upper is 53% sheepskin and 47% calf leather, lining is 57% cotton and 43% calf leather, and the sole is 100% rubber. Made in Italy.
