If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

These blue pants feature a relaxed fit with a wide leg style and are finished with a comfortable pull-on elastic waistband. Made for women, the pants are fully lined with 95% viscose and 5% elastin for a smooth interior. Care instructions recommend dry cleaning to maintain the pristine quality of the silk. Suitable for various stylish occasions, these pants come in one size that fits most. Model is 5'8".

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
