Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Featuring an elegant bijoux handle with double-strand torchon workmanship and a palladium brass finish, this piece exudes sophistication. The main material is a luxurious combination of pebble grain calf leather and raffia, with a calf suede lining, and an internal flap closure with a handy pocket. Designed with dimensions of 16cm in height, 18cm in width, and 8.5cm in depth, it includes an adjustable and removable shoulder strap ranging from 100cm to 116cm for versatile carrying.
