Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Mellow Slim Wide Leg Jeans by FRAME, crafted for both comfort and style in the alluring Solace shade. These ankle-length jeans feature a mid-rise, super-stretch denim composition made from 49% cotton, 21% pre-consumer recycled cotton, 17% post-consumer recycled polyester, 11% lyocell, and 2% elastane. Designed with a flattering slim fit and wide leg style, they showcase a 10" front rise and an 18" leg opening with a 27.5" inseam. Closure: Button closure. Care: Machine wash cold. The model, standing at 5'10", wears a size 25.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
