Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Crafted from a comfortable cotton blend of 93% cotton, 5% polyester, and 2% spandex, these jeans offer a flattering high-rise fit with a 10" rise and 32" inseam. Designed with a bold wide leg and slim fit, they feature stylish distressed details and a raw hem. Complete with pockets and a button closure, care instructions include machine washing and laying flat to dry.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.

Shipping

$5 flat rate on every order, no minimum, no threshold. United States only.
