If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Everlane Tencel Relaxed Tapered Chino Pants in classic black, crafted for comfort and style. These trousers feature a zipper fly and a high-rise, tapered leg design with a relaxed fit through the hips and thighs. Made from 100% TENCEL™ Lyocell in Vietnam, they measure a front rise of 13 3/8 inches and a leg opening of 13 3/4 inches in size 6, with an inseam of 28 inches unrolled. Style details include a button-back flap pocket on the right and a welt pocket on the left. Care for these chinos by dry cleaning to maintain their pristine condition.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
