Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Introducing the Dark Blue Plain Knit Jumper by Eden Park, a timeless addition to your minimalist wardrobe. Crafted from 100% wool, this solid crewneck sweater offers a cozy and warm feel, ideal for chilly vacation evenings. Made without specific mention of its place of origin, this jumper is perfect for stylish summer retreats. For care, a very delicate machine wash at 30°C on the reverse side is recommended, avoiding fabric softeners and soaking. Spin drying should be limited to 400 turns, with flat natural drying and soft ironing on the reverse side to preserve the quality of the wool.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
