Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item was damaged or incorrect and your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund so you can place a new order.

Made from a super stretch cotton blend (93% Cotton, 5% Polyester, 2% Elastane), these jeans offer a high rise fit with a 12" rise and 32.5" inseam, ensuring a comfortable and figure-enhancing silhouette. The flared design features a 23" leg opening and a classic zip closure, making them perfect for an elegant dinner party or a stylish New Year's Eve event. Care instructions include a machine wash cold, helping to save water – the fuller the load, the better.

When you shop a sale rack in a boutique, it’s final sale. Since this is who you’re buying from on Snagged, the same policy applies here. Two things are always on us: if it shows up damaged, or if the boutique sends the wrong thing, we’ll work with them to fix it fast.
