Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the shipment date so we can make it right.

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is received with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Crafted with high-quality, stain-resistant nubuck leather, it features chrome-free leather lining and a chrome-free suede sock lining for breathability. The cushioned, energy-return PU footbed pairs with a lightweight EVA/cork wedge midsole, sitting on a durable rubber outsole for long-lasting wear. Heel height measures 3 inches with a 1.75-inch platform, and it includes a hook and loop closure for easy adjustability. To clean, simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
